Faulty or Defective Products Delivered; Products Wrongly Delivered To You or Not What You Ordered

If you wish to return or exchange your products, please contact us through Pakistan Oxygen Customer Care Center by calling +92.21.111-262725 within 5 days of receiving the products or, in the case of faulty or defective products which are under warranty, within 5 days of you becoming aware of the fault or defect. Pakistan Oxygen will discuss making arrangements to have the product exchanged or returned for refund, provided that:

  1. It is a product sold on, and purchased from, Pakistan Oxygen eStore (http://eStore.pakoxygen.com) and not a product purchased from a source other than Pakistan Oxygen eStore. (http://www.eStore.pakoxygen.com/home).
  2. The product(s) are returned in the same condition that they were received in with any original packaging (except in the case of products that became faulty or defective later during the warranty period).
  3. You must provide a copy of the Pakistan Oxygen eInvoice and the eDelivery Note for the products as proof of purchase.
  4. Product returned will be checked and approved by Pakistan Oxygen before any exchange or refund is given. Pakistan Oxygen shall have sole discretion to determine whether a returned product is of acceptable condition for exchange or refund to be made. Pakistan Oxygen reserves the right to charge for the return transportation fee of products applicable to the return process.

Products With Specific Warranty Advertised / When Listed and For Promotions or Campaigns

Some products carry a product specific warranty in addition to Pakistan Oxygen normal claim policy. This will be stated on the product page as advertised in the Pakistan Oxygen listing or on any specific promotion or campaign when the product is sold. If no warranty is stated on the product page when the product is listed, then the normal returns, warranties and refunds policy applies.
